Bless the words that I speak...

Lord, help me to speak only words that

are true, noble, just, pure, lovely,

of good report, virtuous, excellent,

or praiseworthy (Philippians 4 : 8).

Help me to always be able to give the

reason for the hope

that is within me (1 Peter 3 : 15).

Help me to speak

the truth in love (Ephesians 4 : 15)

Fill me with Your love so that it flows

from me in the words I speak.


My tongue that speak of Your righteousness

and of Your praise all the day long.
